Delhi Daredevils were out of the tournament so they had nothing to lose against the Chennai Super Kings, However the Men in blue would have liked finishing on a high. CSK Batting
When the Chennai Super Kings came into bat they started off quite steadily but kept losing important wickets at crucial times which ended their innings at a par score with Dhoni being the best highlights of their innings as he made a score of 58 Runs to power their total to 168 Runs.
DD Bowling
Delhi Daredevils bowling was good throughout their bowling innings as they contained the batsmen well but towards the end of the innings MS Dhoni tormented all their bowlers except Umesh Yadav who i think was the best bowler from their side. He ended his bowling with 2 Wickets.
DD Batting
As it has happened throughout the tournament the Delhi Daredevils batting failed miserably once again as they lost the wicket of the "horribly out of form" Virender Sehwag during the second ball of their innings. They continued to lose regular wickets which didn't help their cause either. The highlights of their batting was only David Warner who made a score of 44 Runs but apart from him there was no one else in their innings who was even able to threaten the target.
CSK Bowling
Chennai Super Kings bowling was up to the mark as they ensured they stuck to the basics and picked up regular wickets to avoid the Delhi Daredevils have any chance in the match. Their highlights of their bowling were Mohit Sharma, Albie Morkel and Jason holder who gave away a few runs but picked up vital wickets.
