KXIP Batting

When the Kings XI Punjab came into bat,they started off steadily but as soon as the ball became old the pitch looked to be very tough for batting.They just couldn't accelerate towards the end of the innings which resulted in them ending with a below par total considering how good the Rajasthan Royals batting was.The highlights of their batting was Shaun Marsh and Adam Gilchrist who made a score of 77 and 42 Runs respectively.No one apart from them was even able to get into double figures.

RR Bowling

Rajasthan Royals bowling was up to the mark as they bowled the correct line and length to ensure that the Kings XI Punjab didn't get too many runs on the board.All their bowlers were pretty economical but i felt at times their fielding let them down.The best highlights of their bowling was Kevan cooper who picked up 3 Wickets.

RR Batting

Rajasthan Royals lost an early wicket but had a strong batting lineup to chase down a modest total set by the Kings XI Punjab.The pitch during their batting looked to be good to start with but slowed down quite drastically.However when Sanju Samson and Ajinkya Rahane came together they ensured they won the match comfortably for their team.

KXIP Bowling

Kings XI Punjab bowling looked very weak today.Despite them having a below par target i felt they could have made a fist of the target which they didn't.None of their bowlers even looked threatening enough as none of them looked like picking up a wicket throughout the Rajasthan Royals batting innings.
