WWE Smackdown 19/07/2013 - Results, Review and Analysis

The WWE Smackdown 19/07/2013 that was taped on Tuesday Night kicked off with Teddy Long announcing that Vince McMahon was about to evaluate his job and appoint a permanent General Manager for Smackdown.  Teddy requested the crowd to support him after which Booker T returned and told everyone that he was back for good and was ready to become the new General Manager of WWE's Friday Night shows.  Teddy Long and Booker T both set up a few matches during the course of the night but were interrupted by Brad Maddox who claimed that he had taken care of the matches during the night.  Read on for the complete WWE Smackdown 19/07/2013 Results along with the performance review of the matches and analysis of the show.

Moving on,  Maddox announced that Rob Van Dam would make a return during the night.  Vince didn't think that was good enough and appointed Vickie Guerrero as the new full-time General Manager of Friday Nights and as expected this did not go well with the fans.
Wrestling

The first match of the night was scheduled to take place between Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger.  The results went in favor of Dolph Ziggler.  During the course of the match, AJ and Big E Langston had an intimate moment where they almost kissed after AJ found out about Ziggler's win.

The second match of the night was Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns Vs. The Uso's.  While the match ended in a no contest as the Uso's were attacked by Dean Ambrose and The Shield, Mark Henry came out to the ring to make the save.

Daniel Bryan emerged a winner against Wade Barrett during the next match.

The next segment of the 19/07/2013 show was The Miz TV with Paul Heyman as guest.  Heyman spoke a few words in favor of Brock Lesnar and claimed that CM Punk should give up.  He then warned Punk about another attack from Lesnar.

The next part of the show involved Curtis Axel facing off against Chris Jericho for the intercontinental championship.  Axel managed to pull the results on his side after a big clothesline and a shellshock.

Post Match, Damien Sandow came out to the ring and claimed that he had did not screw Cody Rhodes and was not about to blast him as they were best friends but did not understand the reason behind Rhodes attack.  Cody then came out to the ring after which Sandow said he was forgiven and that Cody had earned a right to be the guardian of the case.  Rhodes attacked him once again after which Sandow retreated.

Rob Van Dam was in action against Darren young and emerged a winner.

Vickie Guerrero who was probably the most powerful person at the arena by now got Teddy Long escorted out of the building.  

It was then revealed that big show would make a return on Monday Night Raw.

The final match of the night saw Randy Orton defeat Alberto Del Rio after he RKO'd him in a non title match.  Have a look at the quick recap or highlights of what happened during the course of the night below.
